Wait, did you build this?

Not at all! This tool was originally built by Heather Tovey a while back. She is solely responsible for making this tool. If you’ve used this tool in the past and want to say thank you, you should buy her a coffee.

However, recently she’s focused her energy outside of Squarespace and didn’t have time to keep up with all the changing requirements that Chrome imposes on extension developers. So on Aug 25th, 2024, she handed over tool to me and I plan on keeping this updated moving forward.

I’ve used the Squarespace ID Finder for years. I’ve linked out to it on just about all of my tutorial pages and am very thankful to Heather for initially building this. My promise to the Squarespace community is to continue updating and improving this tool, while keeping it as a free resource to the Squarespace community. If you have any ideas or suggestions about feature updates, add them here.

Otherwise, hope you enjoy, and keep building!
